Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

From time to time there may be potential delays due to a high volume of orders during peak periods or postal service problems that are outside of our control. Please allow an extra few days for us to process your order during these times. 

 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

We offer $7.95 flat rate shipping Australia-wide. 

Our courier offers a door-to-door service, so please ensure someone is available at your nominated delivery address that will sign for your items and receive the delivery.

Couriers will not leave parcels unattended. If you can’t be available to accept your delivery, you may contact the courier directly to provide them with an “Authority to Leave” the parcel unattended.

The average delivery times for Standard delivery are:

  • 4-7 business days for Australia metro and most regional areas;
  • 7-10 business days for regional WA, far North QLD and most of NT outside of Alice Springs and Darwin.
  • 14 business days for personalised items Australia-wide. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at abhomefashon7@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
